WORLDWIDE post, mainly the USA/Canada is taking a much longer time for packages to arrive! USA approx 1-6 weeks.

UK post is taking approx 1-7 business days (please allow up to 14 business days).

All international orders are sent tracked. Tracking for uk orders is available as an upgrade option at checkout.

Delays to Shipping/Delivery / Refunds

Please read shop announcements for current shipping times and expected delivery times. Please note these are estimates only and can vary at busy times of the year like Christmas.

ALL International packages are sent Tracked & Signed and need to go through customs clearance.

UK Shipping. There are options available at checkout to upgrade and pay extra for tracked / special delivery to guarantee delivery.

Please make sure all the address details are correct.

I DO NOT refund/replace for orders that have been delayed.

Gift Orders and Free Gift Messages

If you are buying a gift this can be sent directly to the recipient.

Please make sure that the recipients full address has been added at checkout as I am unable to change the address once the order has been placed.

There is an option to leave a free “gift note”.

At checkout if you click “gift” then you will be able to write your message in the gift note section and I will print this out and include this in the package :)

Sizing details

Adjustable gemstone bracelets are hand made to order and are made to a maximum of 22-23cm when fully opened.

This is the maximum size that will fit over the widest part of the hand when the small finger and thumb touch. Once over the hand then the bracelet can be adjusted to fit over the wrist.

This size is for the average woman. I am more than happy to make any size on request.

Children’s and men’s sizes are available.

Either check individual listing information or send me a message if you’re not sure on what size to choose.

Smaller and larger sizes can be made on request by leaving a note at checkout to the seller with the size/measurements you require.

Cleansing, Charging and Attuning Crystals

Crystals used to make your jewellery have been cleansed using sustainable loose white sage. I charge with reiki energy and the last full moonlight energy.


If you would like me to programme/ set an intention for your crystals for anything specific then leave me a note at checkout and you can also leave the name of the recipient.

Please Note: Crystal meanings are spiritual support to healing and are NOT prescriptions or healthcare information.

Gift wrapping and packaging

* All gemstone bracelets include free gift wrapping, a clip charm and placed in a gift pouch.

* Some bracelets are presented on a hand made crystal information card and placed inside a cellophane sleeve.

* All Wish Cards purchased includes free gift wrapping on request (please leave me a message at checkout or mark as gift).

* Sterling Silver, 18K Gold/Rose Vermeil or 14K Gold/Rose Gold Filled range of necklaces, earrings and bracelets Includes gift boxes and information cards.

* All gemstone information cards have been designed by myself at TranquilityTherapyUK. I print, cut and punch by hand to fit inside gift boxes and card presented jewellery.

*** NEW White gift boxes are now available with a choice of ribbon colours.

~ Solid 925 Sterling Silver

~ 18K Gold/Rose Gold Vermeil

Gold Vermeil is made with a solid layer of real 18K gold over 925 Sterling Silver. It is more than 100 times thicker than gold plated materials & long lasting.

~ 14K Gold Filled (Yellow or Rose Gold).

Gold filled is a beautiful & affordable alternative to solid gold. it contains 100 times more gold than gold plated items and is very durable and tarnish resistant. With proper care Gold Filled will look and wear as solid gold for a life-time, and can be worn by most people with sensitive skin.

Cord Materials

I use a high quality range of German cords that are complying to EU standards and Values.

Range varies from Natural to Man Made cords and the prices vary depending on the type chosen.

NATURAL CORDS
~ 100% Pure Silk is strong, luxurious and more durable compared to cotton. Very soft, comfortable and ideal for sensitive skin.

~ Waxed Cotton Cord is a soft and comfortable material. An alternate option compared to pure silk.


MAN MADE SILK NYLON
~ Extra Strong Silk Nylon is an alternative to pure natural silk. It is double the tensile strength of conventional nylon and very durable, strong and very long lasting.

*Strong Silk Nylon is a man made soft silk cord that is a durable, robust material, is long lasting and has a nice shine.

Returns & Cancellations

I no longer accept cancellations. however, contact me within 24 hours of the order date.

Cancellations/refunds cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.

I gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Buyer pays for return shipping and will need to provide proof of return shipping.

Due to hygiene reasons I DO NOT accept return for earrings.

Care instructions

I recommend taking off your jewellery when showering or swimming. Some materials I sell are water resistant and are suitable for continuous use.

Avoid contact with perfumes and chemicals etc.

Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place. Ideally in an air tight zip lock bag.
