When placing an order I ask for customers to please read the current processing times and estimated delivery dates.
Please note. I will NOT issue a refund for postal delays. I ask for customers to please be patient and kind as I have been working so hard to make and dispatch orders on time and any delays are out of my control. There are shipping upgrade options available at checkout.
The estimated delivery time will show on your order. Please note these are only “estimates” and this can change due to the current restrictions with postal services.

** EUROPE and EU **
There are currently delays in the processing and customs clearance of mail items. New customs procedures for UK traffic, customs declarations and electronic customs data are causing delays. While they are working to clear any backlog.
— SHIPPING OPTIONS —
It is the customers responsibility to choose their shipping method at checkout.
Please check if your delivery address is correct and as long as the address details are correct packages are being delivered.
If you have chosen “standard shipping” then proof of shipping will be provided.
There is an option at checkout to upgrade to “recorded/tracked or special delivery” and will costs extra as this service allows you to track your order.
All international orders are sent tracked / signed delivery.
Currently packages are being scanned by the postal services and there may be delays with tracking updates.
